On Saturday 23rd April, Khushi Feet hosted a Murder Mystery night at Mount Ephraim Gardens.
Shortly after everyone had arrived and taken their seats, a shocking murder took place – Lord Pollock was brutally murdered. In between being served a delicious three-course meal, our guests were tasked with the job of trying to deduce who was the murderer.
A great evening was had by all who attended, and thanks to our hugely generous guests, the evening raised over £2,000. This money will be used towards on going construction work at one of the GNCEM street schools in Kolkata.
Huge thanks go to the owners of Mount Ephraim for allowing us to use their beautiful house; Corrine’s Creative Kitchen for providing such a delicious meal; 368 Theatre Company for giving us such a brilliant evening of entertainment; and our superb team of Khushi volunteers.
Many of these Khushi volunteers are part of Khushi Feet’s team of young people who will be going out to visit the street schools in Kolkata this summer. The Murder Mystery evening also raised an impressive £314 to help fund this trip. If you would like to make a donation to help fund Khushi Feet’s Kolkata Team 2016, you can do so here:
